Studio21 Event Hall - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Studio21, an event hall located in Zurich. By booking an event with Studio21, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• 1.1 Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Studio21. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required.

• 1.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • 1.2.1 December Policy: During the month of December, Studio21 operates under a strict no-cancellation policy due to high demand. Once a booking is made for December, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • 1.2.2 Rest of the Year: For bookings made for any other month of the year, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to cancellation fees, as determined by Studio21.

2. Payment:

• 2.1 Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure a booking at Studio21. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

• 2.2 Balance: The remaining balance of the booking fee is due on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Studio21.

3. Conduct and Liability:

• 3.1 Conduct: Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on the premises of Studio21. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by Studio21 staff may result in the immediate termination of the event without refund.

• 3.2 Liability: Studio21 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of its facilities, equipment, or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Studio21.

4. Indemnification:

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio21, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the client's use of Studio21's facilities, equipment, or services.

5. Amendments:

• Studio21 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.

6. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

By booking an event with Studio21, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
